Overview
Yunxin API services operate on a credit-based billing system. You purchase credits that are consumed based on your API usage (model, token count, and other factors).
Credit Purchases
Unused Credits
- Credits that have not been used may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Refund requests for unused credits must be submitted through our support channels.
- Credits that have been partially used are not refundable for the used portion.
Non-Refundable Credits
Credits are not refundable if:
- The credits have been fully or partially consumed
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- The account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
Subscriptions & Tier Plans
- Tier subscription fees (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your tier benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, except as required by applicable law.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact us through our support channels or email
- Provide your account email and transaction details
- We will review your request within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days
Exceptions
We may consider refunds beyond the standard policy in cases of:
- Technical errors on our end resulting in incorrect charges
- Service outages causing significant disruptions
- Duplicate charges
