Yunxin API services operate on a **credit-based** billing system. You purchase credits that are consumed based on your API usage (model, token count, and other factors).

## Credit Purchases [#credit-purchases]

### Unused Credits [#unused-credits]

* Credits that have **not been used** may be eligible for a refund within **14 days** of purchase.
* Refund requests for unused credits must be submitted through our support channels.
* Credits that have been partially used are **not refundable** for the used portion.

### Non-Refundable Credits [#non-refundable-credits]

Credits are **not refundable** if:

* The credits have been fully or partially consumed
* More than 14 days have passed since purchase
* The account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

## Subscriptions & Tier Plans [#subscriptions--tier-plans]

* Tier subscription fees (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
* You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your tier benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
* Subscription fees are **non-refundable** once the billing period has started, except as required by applicable law.

1. Contact us through our **support channels** or email
2. Provide your account email and transaction details
3. We will review your request within **5 business days**
4. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within **7–14 business days**

## Exceptions [#exceptions]

We may consider refunds beyond the standard policy in cases of:

* Technical errors on our end resulting in incorrect charges
* Service outages causing significant disruptions
* Duplicate charges
